Returns and Refunds
At www.ukskincare.co.uk we hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchases you have the right to cancel your order. We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if required.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, starting from the day after you receive your parcel. Please note that all the products you return must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the postage fees for any returns and the shipping of replacement products if exchanges are required.
Please note that we have a £5 handling fee for returned products under the value of £50 and a £10 handling fee for products with a value of over £50. We reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery charges we have incurred in sending the products out to you and minus the handling fees. Please note that these charges also apply to orders that are returned to us from the Post Office or other couriers for reasons beyond our control, including the customer not being present at the address at the time of delivery or providing us with incorrect details. In the event of this happening, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-sending any parcels.
Please note that returns or exchanges must be approved by us. No returns are accepted without return approval. We will make the refunds to the same card you used to pay for the products within 30 working days or earlier. You will be required to pay any return postage costs.
Please follow these steps when returning your items:
1. Send an email to email@example.com including your full name, full address, order date, order number, a list of the products you want to return and the reasons for returning them.
2. Specify whether you would like a refund or exchange.
3. Wait for an email from us confirming that your return request is accepted.
4. Print the email we sent you and enclose it with your returned products. We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post. Please return your package together with the printed email we sent you by recorded delivery, keeping your recorded delivery as proof of postage to:
